Therapy Doesn't Always Help CuttingAnother wave goodbye out of an additional office
With an over-comfortable sinking couch
And decorations hiding the purpose of the room,
When the room is there for torture.

"Have you had suicidal thoughts?"
"Is there any history of drug or alcohol abuse?"
"Do you feel like hurting yourself or someone else?"
The questions are always the same.
And according to routine, I politely answer with a "Yes."

It's a boring but easy task
Until they approach that one single question,
"Why do you cut yourself?"
When it is me who should ask.
Every time there's that lingering silence
And he or she looks up at me from their paper

Boarded windows hide the past

The needle

A Memory Unable to EraseThe cracks reaching to our
Hearts down the walls
The stains on the old hotel's bathroom floor
Won't ever allow me to let go

Love is so ambiguous isn't it?

"Everything suddenly
Starts fading from my eyes.
The daylight is blurry,
All I can think of is night…
But even the moonlight is lying
As headlights flash before the red

That I keep driving on through.

Oh I just don't know when to stop…
Honey, I'm not sure how to put this,
But today I've given up.

I'm done with holding on.
Truly, I am sorry everyone.

-I won't forget a single one of you-

Today the sun shined extra bright
As if to say,
'You'll be okay.'

But maybe I'm just not
Trying hard enough.

THE SUN WILL SHINE ON."
