I Am The Devil(I'll shed your tears if you let me...)

The needle sinks deeper every time.
Sepsis met past, and friends then die.

One to the left hand and one to the right hand,
Comes the pattern of God taking their lives.

Will she be ready for another theft?
One day, there will be no one left.
My time is soon, so should I repent?
The only way out is to put my heart up for rent.

I hold up a sign saying, "USE ME."
I'm for free, so take me.

Slow down, calm now...
There's no need for a self-to-self show-down.
Don't swear, don't scream!
"It wasn't me!" in my head I always plead.

...but I don't mind.
I don't mind.
(Ha, ha, ha…)

The needle

SorrowI'm running out of hope for now,
Breaking through all we've known.
Boarded windows hide the past
And bandages don't seem to last.

One day, we can leave
But we'll just wait and see.
All those times we've felt nothing,
Now have ripped the seams.

We've faded away into the air.
Two lifeless souls and none to care.
I feel invisible in my own world
My head created to crumble.

I'm The PredatorI killed him!

Closed doors everywhere.
People talking, people laughing,
Do they know?

"Blah, blah, blah..."
"Ha, ha, ha..."

I stand away from the scattering
Assembly of walking meat.
My jaws are tightening; chattering
At the sight of them staring at me.

"Oh, ho, ho,"
I'm laughing on the inside.

They're the prey and I'm the predator,
And they don't know.

On a bench is where I'm sitting
Like everyone else.
With a "Good day," I smile and wave,
Because life is beautiful.

When the day comes for the end,

Thinking Of The EndOnce again, I'm sinking
Back into the shadows.
Seeing through red eyes
So it seems…

The moon is tainted
From black and white to crimson
Where all colors
Slowly fade away.

And like the light,
All the feelings have gone.

I stood above the raining clouds
Until we switched places
And now I'm further down.
Death was only thoughts
And memories.
Now we regret what we've got

AbuseThere's nothing I want more than…
To feel your flesh rip around the blade in my hand
And your blood flowing through your shirt.
Only then will the shock in your eyes come to realize
You are the only one who really deserves to die.

As I stare deep into the mirror
I always ask,
"Why do you put up with this?"
Why do I put up with this?

Beating won't make me younger and I can't be unborn.
What do you want out of the names you call me?
Do you expect me to accept them?

Maybe next time
When I finally fall asleep,
I won't wake up.
Will that make you happy?

A Memory Unable to EraseThe cracks reaching to our
Hearts down the walls
The stains on the old hotel's bathroom floor
Won't ever allow me to let go

Love is so ambiguous isn't it?
Just one word you said so isolated
Like it was just us against the world
Which it always was and always will be

That was the only thing that was certain
The only thing alive and real
Yet you threw it all away
For merely a selfish feeling

Then all of the emotions spun out of control
So you left as quick as a light switch
Turning your life off without one word
Breaking your promise and now, so am I

I remember the last time you said,
"I love you."
It's like running from rain

Never EnoughThe silence is slowly ringing louder
And I've never felt so alone.
If we had time,
Maybe I could say what's on my mind…

The darkness inside
Is darker than black
And the anger I say
Is always pure rage.
The feelings I seem
Are surely more mean…

What I say seems to be never enough
To understand the emotions

Through my veins, through my blood,
Through my past, and through my love.

Truly, I am sorry everyone.

Who Is She?In the corner
With an unlit cigarette,
She gently stares to the ground
Walking through the alleyway.

No one's there,
Just her and her thoughts.
With teary eyes,
Silently crying to herself.

All those personal questions
We'd somehow get around
Leaves me thinking,
"Who will I become?"

And I thought the sun was
Beautiful before you tore it down...
Nothing ever goes the way you want it,
So don't tell me that one day it will.

The sun goes down,
But she can't tell.
Her memories black out
The present that is Hell.

But it's all the same.
The phrase, "family" died.
Long ago and far away
Are the choices she can make.

Now can you

I don't want to think of the past
And all her remedies
That would never last

Who you see is just a soulless silhouette
With a transparent heart and glossy regret
The weight is heavy with no redemption

Therapy Doesn't Always Help CuttingAnother wave goodbye out of an additional office
With an over-comfortable sinking couch
And decorations hiding the purpose of the room,
When the room is there for torture.

"Have you had suicidal thoughts?"
"Is there any history of drug or alcohol abuse?"
"Do you feel like hurting yourself or someone else?"
The questions are always the same.
And according to routine, I politely answer with a "Yes."

It's a boring but easy task
Until they approach that one single question,
"Why do you cut yourself?"
When it is me who should ask.
Every time there's that lingering silence
And he or she looks up at me from their paper

We Die Tonight

The cracks are covered with cellophane.
The hope is always out of reach.
And good memories seem to be
The only thing we can never keep.

The louder the scream, the less the sting,
Stopped working years ago.
So now our fractured lives hang in the air
And a note is left so our death is clear.

(Sleeping pills and masking tape
Surround us on the bed.
Coal burners and briquettes
Dance around in my head.)

Burning, keep on burning in the room
Then you'll find sleep comes easy
When your dreams are gone, too.
The hope is always out of reach,
So lay to rest as the door is closed.
Lick your lips for our last kiss.
Finally, we've made it through.

This time, I won't lie
If you could ask me if I'm alright.
This is the end of my life
And I've never felt so fine.

"How calm is it when you go to sleep?"
I'd say there's nothing more peaceful than you with me.
"How could death be a good thing?"
It only is if you're just like me.
